Job Description:
- Answer phones.
- Take messages and forward them to the appropriate person.
- Respond to and follow up on emails.
- Provide general information over the phone.
- File documents.
- Scan documents.
- Code, total, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable.
- Calculate, prepare, and issue account-related documents, such as invoices, inventory statements, account statements, and other financial statements, using computerized systems.
- Other job-related tasks.
Skills Required:
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Bilingualism

- Enjoy teamwork
- Organizational skills
Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, daytime schedule.
- Permanent, full-time daytime position.
- Hours can vary between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.
- Parking available on site
