As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure project quality, feasibility, and profitability.
You will actively contribute to the growth of the company by identifying new opportunities. opportunities, developing value-added propositions, and maintaining trusting relationships with our clients.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and prospects to achieve annual sales targets.
Participate in prospecting, networking, and market intelligence activities.
Prepare and present service offers, quotes, and business proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and production teams to ensure project satisfaction and profitability.
Monitor sales performance, adjust strategies, and ensure high-level customer service.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Automated Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
Language Skills: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Tools: Office Suite and CRM (Prextra, an asset).
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of industrial automation (a strong asset).
Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
Excellent communication skills and a sense of collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-driven and customer-satisfied.
