As a Data Analyst at Redcentric, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, helping to optimize processes and support strategic initiatives.
Key Objectives
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Deliver clear and concise reports and visualizations to guide business strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business objectives.
Work with IT and business units to identify data requirements and improve data collection processes.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide ongoing analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of statistical software and programming languages like Python or R.
